Thanks to all our friends and customers, Tattoo Boogaloo was voted AOL City's Best tattoo shop in San Francisco for 2010–2011. Thank you so much for the support... we really appreciate it!
You can go to citysbest.com to read their review of us, click on the image at right to see the full award, or better yet, stop by Tattoo Boogaloo to see the plaque in person. Once again, thank you for helping us become the shop we are today!
Well, this year's election has come and gone. Are you excited by the results? Disappointed? If you've still got voting fever and want to vote for something you love, Tattoo Boogaloo has been nominated by City's Best as a candidate for San Francisco's top tattoo shop, and we haven't even been open six months yet! You can cast your vote for our little shop here. You can vote every day if you like through the end of November. Thank you for the support!
Online galleries of tattoo and traditional artwork are now available for Mez, Crutch, and Deanna. Click on the Artists link above to check them out!
Ladies, want to show off your new tattoo in a fun sexy way? Check out Bay Area Pinups and find out how you can be a pin-up for a day!

As of July 21st, Tattoo Boogaloo is open for business. We're enjoying our new home in North Beach, and want to thank all of the local residents and businesses who have warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood. We've already had the opportunity to tattoo and pierce many folks who have visited our shop, and are looking forward to seeing many of their faces again as well as our future clients.

To celebrate our grand opening, we're having a big celebration, one month from the day we opened. Bring your friends and family to enjoy a fun evening, with free drinks and snacks. The festivities begin at 5:00pm on Saturday, August 21st so come on down!
If you are a member of Facebook, let us know you're coming on the event page, and if you haven't become a fan of us yet, for goodness sakes get on it!
Below are some shots of us tattooing each other to celebrate our first day, as well as photos of the finished interior of the shop.

Stop back by soon, as we will have full portfolio galleries for each artist posted within the next few days.

An additional thanks goes out to Shaan Khan, Isaac Miller and Erika Gonzales for their much appreciated donations. Also Thanks to Mirelle Rhodes for setting up our fundraiser, Kyle Porter for printing our shirts and Josh Allison for making our sign and table. You guys all rock!
This is a little silly, but if you are curious how long until we will be moving, this little guy will keep you updated! [EDIT: Previously there was a link here to a countdown, but it no longer functions because, well, we're here now!]
Thank you everyone for your support! Our Uhaul and gas is now paid for, which by the way is freaking expensive! We will be hosting a fundraiser in Colorado in the next few months to help ease the cost of deposits and rent for an apartment, we will keep you updated when that will take place. A special thanks to: Adriana Owens, Oz Beckers, Lindy Szarka, Chris Koeberle, Arian Hormozi, and SparkleOctopus!
We have finally all had the chance to check out San Francisco, and we are all in love. There are many possible locations, and we are currently the most excited about North Beach and Hayes Valley as neighborhoods to set up shop. We have gotten in touch with someone who looks for commercial space to lease for a living, so fingers crossed. We will be going back in May to sign leases and really get this thing in Motion.
